Senior Care San Diego specializes in providing pre-screened care givers to people and  families in need of professional assistance for themselves or loved ones.

We take the risk and headache out of finding suitable candidates by a three step process including a criminal back ground check , a drug test and a careful review of prior experience and references.

Families no longer have to take the dangerous risk of inviting unqualified strangers and potential criminal predators into their homes that have responded to newspaper advertisements.
 

All negotiations, regarding salary hours and duties are conducted between the care giver and the client. In most cases, removing the “staffing agency” from the loop results in a significant savings to the client.   

    
Our search fee for care providers is an initial retainer of $100.00. If the applicant is hired, a placement fee of %10 of the applicants first month salary is due upon hiring. Getting started is as easy as requesting and signing our contract for services and payment of the initial retainer fee.

Interim services

If you or someone you love needs immediate assistance we can provide the following services until we find you a suitable care giver.

 

Safety & Welfare checks (24 hour on call basis) @ $100.00 per visit
Transportation @ 19.00 per hour + $1.00 per mile.
Socialization activities @ 19.00 per hour + actual costs / mileage
Shopping @ 19.00 per hour + actual costs / mileage
Travel Assistance @ $19.00 per hour + actual costs / ticket fees / mileage etc.
Housekeeping @ $25.00 per hour w / 4 hour minimum

 

Interim Service Terms:

San Diego Senior Care (SDSC) works on a retainer basis ($500.00 minimum) and charges according to our fee structure. Clients are expected to maintain a positive balance of at least $200.00 and will be supplied with an accounting of services rendered every two weeks.
